To order a commission, please read the terms of service then fill in the following commission form:

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice.
Progress/Deliverables
(for Paintings)
1. Rough sketch (at this stage, corrections are allowed)
2. Coloured sketch (at this stage, limited corrections are allowed)
3. Final full resolution piece, both watermarked and non-watermarked (.png files sent via email)
- The resolution of the artwork will vary but mostly be approximately 2000 to 3000 px and 300 dpi unless discussed otherwise.
- After confirming Step 2 with me, you are not allowed to make any more changes to the artwork. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
- I will send the progress and final pieces via Google Drive links. Please save them within two weeks after receiving them as I may remove them after that period.
Payment
- Accepted currency includes USD.
- Payments must be done upfront via PayPal; I will send you an invoice and will start working on the commission after I receive the full payment.
- No refunds are allowed unless I’m unable to complete your commission or if I have not started working on it.
Terms of Service
- I retain full rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork (e.g. to post on my online platforms and portfolios, for use in prints).
- I have the right to decline any commissions.
- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. You must credit me and provide my social media handle (@unifie__) when reposting the commissioned artwork.
- Commissions may take up to 1-2 months to complete. Deadline rush or priority commissions are not available for the time being.
- You may not make any alterations to the commissioned artwork (e.g. painting over it, colouring any sketches or linework).
- Any and all use for NFTs are prohibited.
- No physical item will be delivered as you are commissioning me for a digital artwork.
- Please bear in mind that my art and style are constantly evolving, so you might see slight differences between the examples and the final commissioned artwork.
- Commissions are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.**What does “personal use” mean?
The use must meet ALL THREE of the following criteria:
- The use must not involve an exchange of money.
- The use must not promote a business entity (this includes non-profit organisations).
- The use must not directly or indirectly result in financial gain.
